Our last day: Animal Kingdom

Our last day was at Animal Kingdom! Animal Kingdom kind of received mixed reviews from friends and family who had been there, but for some reason, I was really looking forward to it. Sadly, the Kali River Rapids was out of service so that was a big bummer - but what you don't know, you can't really miss....so, who knows what we missed out on!

We went on the safari first and saw a lot of cool animals, trees, and everything. It really is amazing- you almost feel like you are in Africa! We then hit up Expedition Everest which turned out to be a favorite of all of ours!We then went to Dinoland where the Primeval Whirl, Triceratops Spin, Carnival Games and DinoSOAR was. DinoSOAR was a little scary for the little ones -- even Joey told me he closed his eyes! We then hit up Pizza Safari for lunch. After lunch, we debated between Little Mermaid and Lion King show and went with Lion King. It was a very interactive show - the talent is just so so good!

Joe and the boys hit up Expedition Everest one last time, while Hannah, Luke and I and Saylor and the boys went back to the hotel for naps and such. We only had one afternoon left at Disney and the weather was beautiful, so a little pool time was a perfect way to end our trip!
