Happy Halloween!

Sunday, December 22, 2013

Needless to say, I have taken quite a hiatus from this blog. I'm going to catch it up on some of our more "regular happenings" in the last couple of months!

Halloween....we had the annual Halloween party at Aunt Bobbye's house which is always a hit! Lots of games, lots of family, and lots of sugar! It's so much fun watching the older cousins team up with the younger ones in all the activities! Joey and Maddox decided they would go out for the spooky story telling around the campfire with Uncle Mike this year....they also decided this may not have been a good idea. Going to bed that night proved to be challenging (for all of us).

This year, we went trick or treating with the neighbors and friends up the street.  Joey was the Phantom of Death, Maddox was a Michigan football player (shocker), and Saylor was an owl. She kept saying "whoo whooo" all night long!

Halloween was a rainy, drizzly night but wasn't too cold. So, the dads took the kids, while the moms watched over the wine and treats back at the house! I definitely got the better end of that deal!
