We kicked off Day 2 at a famous Seattle breakfast spot called Piroshky Piroshky. I believe it's Russian pastries....but it's sort of like dough wrapped around some sort of filling - spinach, cheese, eggs, beef...but our favorite by far was Apricot Cream Cheese.
We then headed to the market for a quick run through, and a trip to the gross gum wall!
After this, we did a lot of walking, and walking and walking....and made our way to the Ferris Wheel and the Seattle Aquarium. The Ferris Wheel was a lot slower than what I thought....and the Aquarium wasn't as impressive as I thought it might be because it's near the ocean. However, we did see an octopus have diarrhea so that was a highlight....
We ate at The Fishermans Wharf and it was really yummy! After that, we were exhausted and ready to nap again in the hotel room.
Saylor woke up not feeling the best but we managed to get her going. Joe was craving Italian....we went to the first Italian restaurant. The server walked up to us and said "So, what do you want?" We asked if we could first order drinks and I asked for a drink menu and she said "We have one red and one white"....so, we were not quite feeling the vibe for that place! So, after one drink, we got up and walked to the next stop...Il Terrazo. It was quaint, beautiful, and DELICIOUS. We had such a fun night here! Joey loaded up on more seafood in his pasta....he was a seafood eating machine!
We finished day two with two of my favorite desserts....Creme Brulee and Red Velvet Cake. We waddled all the way home.....
