October seemed to go by so fast. Football came to an end and basketball came fast and furiously! The boys each have practice from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights. Games can be any night of the week, but the big change this year is that Joey will play on Fridays more and also later games- 7:40 and 8:40 are his usual game times. That makes it tricky for Saylor, and honestly, decent bedtimes for all. We also had our school auction, in which I served as the marketing chair. And, we had dog training for Copa, and Halloween! For Halloween, we went to Aunt Bobbye's house for her usual Halloween party, and then we also went trick or treating with our neighbors up the street!
Here are some shots from Aunt Bobbye's Halloween party! Saylor dressed as Spiderella for Aunt Bobbye's party!
And, here are the kids on trick or treat night! It was a chilly night, and it was a bit stressful. Let me just say that I now know why my mom was never a fan of Halloween. It's digging out costumes, and parts, and hair gels, and hats, and mittens, and it's late out and it's dark and the kids are antsy, and it just seems like we can barely get out the door! Saylor was Doc McStuffins for beggar's night!
And, here's my little pumpkin all dressed up for Halloween at school! : )
