In an attempt to give my children the illusion that I love them equally, here are some new photos of Joey and Maddox! Joey participated in flag football this year and had a GREAT time! He slowly learned the difference between blocking and tackling; he learned what a safety is; he learned what a rugburn is; he learned what 'trash talking' means; and he learned a lot of the different positions! He scored lots of touchdowns and loved playing defense, too - so it was a lot of fun for us! It's the beginning of many, many, many years of football practice and games....I think that's a good thing! Maddox was his biggest and best fan - I loved hearing him yell "Gooooo Joey!!!" and "Good job, Joey!!!" and "Did you see that mom? Did you see how Joey 'juked' that kid?" Maddox is already excited to play on a team in a couple of years!
