Kate and Billy's Wedding Weekend

Well, I've waited too long to post. Time got away from me somehow and now I'm about two weeks removed from this great wedding weekend!

In short, it was a great weekend. We had the chance to stay with Joe's cousin, Kara and her husband, Jason in a condo. They live by this great park with not-so-great pooping geese. But, the people in the condo were so friendly (or 'nosey' as Kara said) and their place was great!

We had a barbeque on Thursday night just reacquainting ourselves with friends and family at Frank and Genie's house. Then, we had the rehearsal dinner at this great Italian little joint on Friday night. And, on Saturday night, we had the wedding. It was in Frank and Genie's backyard. The weather was beautiful with a cool breeze and the sun shining right down on them. The little touches- lanterns, white lights, candles for everyone, branches as centerpieces, candles, everything- it was all just perfect!

Here are some photos of the wedding weekend- mainly to remind my husband that he DID in fact go to Denver for a wedding. (He had so much fun, I think he might have "forgotten.")

It was a great weekend. We missed Kara's wedding two years ago because Maddox was less than a week old, so we were determined to have a good time at this wedding (I think Joe celebrated both weddings actually). And, we have one more to look forward to- Kacey and Rossi's!
