My brother and sister-in-laws are expecting a new baby any day now! The official date is May 8th, but Davis came a couple of weeks early so we're expecting the same from this one (or maybe we all have our hopes up)! Anyway, here are the guests of honor- Kelly, Tony and big brother-to-be, Davis.
Kelly thought she was coming to celebrate her birthday but Ali and I had planned a little baby shower night, as well, as a surprise! And, because I had leftover Easter Eggs & because we never got the little boys together for Easter this year, we had an Egg Hunt, as well. Look at how cute they look!
We had games lined up...and came up with a "Name This Baby Food" contest. Tony was the only player, until Kyle WILLINGLY agreed to compete with him. Who does that????
Judging by their reactions, it did not taste good. Following the contest, Tony challenged Kyle like any big brother would - "I'll give you $10 to eat the whole jar of baby peas." Kyle esponded....and puked it up in the sink after his first bite. Tony: 1 Kyle: 0
We then had a "Guess the Candy Bar in the Diaper" Contest. Kyle continued to gross us all out by pretending to eat the fake baby poop. My husband was gagging the entire time.
Lastly, we had a "Final Guess for Baby's Sex" contest. Ali made these awesome cupcakes decorated half-blue and half-pink and you had to put the little button on the side that you voted for. Joe voted blue.
Joey voted boy. One more boy cousin to wrestle and tackle is all he needs.
Maddox put his on the blue side. Apparently, he's hoping for a younger bruiser as well.
And, I voted pink for a girl. I have thought it was a girl from the very beginning but as of late, I've thought it was a boy. Kelly has a history of "Boy then Girl" on her side of the family, and Tony obviously has a history of "Only Boys- Girls Not Allowed or Welcome" on his side of the family. So, it was a hard decision!
I had to share Kyle's vote because Cary is shown behind him giving the camera "the bird." And, yes, that's his son he's holding. To actually think he's being held responsible for a young child's life is very hard to swallow sometimes....

That was so sweet of you, I bet she was thrilled! I probably don't get a say, but I vote pink. I think those little Coppola boys need a girl to run the show!
Kelly doesn't even look pregnant. She sucks. Tell her I said that she sucks.
