Cancun continues....On our trip, I got to cross two things off my bucket list!! I'm sure by the photos, you can guess what they were:
#5- Go Parasailing
#11- Swim with Dolphins.
And, here are the photos to prove it! How cool is this photo with the plane in it?! It was scary, it was thrilling, but it was also very peaceful. Surprisingly, it's very quiet that far up in the air and looking at the ocean is very peaceful. But, at the same time, you get to hear the rope tightening and get to hear your husband talk about what it would be like if the rope broke....
The boat would "dip" you at request. I requested no dip, but instead, they chose to "DUNK" us THREE times! I was so scared the ocean would be freezing but it was actually very warm. Then, the boat would pull you out-similar to how you pull a skiier up. It was very scary because I actually didn't think they were going to get us out of the water and we'd end up on CNN the next morning. But, they did and it was awesome!
Swimming with dolphins! As you can see by my face, I loved playing and swimming with the dolphins. Their skin feels like really smooth rubber. And, they just looked happy! This is me "shaking their hands".
This is my husband receiving the only kiss from another girl he'll ever get in his life...
And, here's me riding the dolphin- it's very cool. They turn upside down and you just grab on and they pull you. I'm a better dolphin rider than water skiier, that's for sure.
And, here's what my husband and I look like WITHOUT kids:

And, here's what we look like when we miss our kids so much that we insist on drawing their names in the sand, and then we ask the tractor who is paving the sand to please go around us so we can take our photos for our sons, who can't read anyway.

Thanks to the grandma and grandpas who took our kids so we could go relax, rest, drink, eat and reconnect! It was a great time, and we look forward to leaving our kids with you again soon! : )
